Our caravan is situated on an award-winning site, which is directly opposite one of Kent’s finest sandy beaches, whilst also being surrounded by the mysterious Romney Marsh - a past haunt of smugglers! Near by is the station on the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Miniature Railway, so you can take a trip along the coast and admire the views.
Our two bedroom holiday home that sleeps up to 6 people, is ideal for a couple or a family taking a self-catering holiday. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedded room, and a further two can sleep in the lounge area where there is a convertible bed. The kitchen features a full size gas cooker, full size Larder fridge (no freezer compartment), microwave, cutlery, crockery and pots and pans.
The bathroom features a flush toilet, washbasin and heated quality shower. The lounge/diner area has a colour TV with video player, DVD player, radio and a gas fire. A selection of childrens games are also available. There is also ample seating with a generous size table. Our caravan is very comfortable and in a quiet location within easy reach of all of the amenities available on site. There is a large Sainsbury's supermarket approx 1 mile away. All services are permanently connected, with electricity and gas included in the price.
Bed linen is included.
There are sun loungers, outside table and chairs and a small BBQ. Windbreaks are provided for extra privacy.
A complimentary welcome box of Coffee, tea, sugar and milk to get you started.
Own car parking within 75 metres is included. Locally, there are many friendly and reasonably priced restaurants and child friendly pubs available.

Guest passes are required for entry to Clubhouse and entertainment, at a cost of £5.00 per adult per week, Children £2.50 per week.
In the local area can be found Romney Hythe and Dymchurch miniature railway, funfair, castles, wildlife parks, golf, fishing, and many walks. Also within an hour drive are, Camber Sands, Hastings, Rye, Ashford, Dover, Deal and Canterbury.
