Kitchen • A provisional booking made via telephone, post or email will remain firm for a period of seven days until at this time a £50 deposit must be paid. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, unless hire is terminated by the caravan owner. Outstanding balance must be received and cleared no later than 28 days prior to the commencement of the holiday. Should a cancellation be made prior to the payment of the full balance, only the deposit sum will be fortified. If a cancellation is made after the full balance has been paid 50% of the total hire price will be payable. If less than 7 days notice of the cancellation is received then the total hire charge will be payable. This remains entirely at the discretion of the caravan owner.
• A £50 retainer for damages would need to be paid with any balance outstanding, and is refundable 7 days after inventory check.

• The caravan will be available to the occupants during the period shown on the confirmation letter received from the caravan owner.

• The caravan is 6 berth and at no time must this be exceeded.

• The hirer of the caravan must be 21 or older, and must be present during the occupancy of the caravan. All adult groups must contain at least 2 members over the age of 21.

• The caravan is only available for rent by families and responsible couples. The park will not allow all male or all female parties.

Please note, from the 1st July smoking is prohibited inside the caravan (Smoking outside only)

• Pets are allowed at the discretion of the owner.

• Length of hire periods are at the discretion of the owner, please ask for details.

• The area surrounding the hire caravan must be kept clean and tidy at all times throughout your stay.

• Clothes are to be dried on the outside airer provided. At no time should they be dried on heaters or in front of fire.

• Please produce your booking confirmation to our representative to be issued with the keys.

• Please remove all dirty footwear on entering the caravan.

• The use of barbecues is permitted, however, please keep well away from the caravans and on a flat area.

• Do not disarm fire alarms.

• All electrical and domestic goods, including boiler, must be switched off upon leaving the caravan.

• Duvets, pillows, sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers, tea towels are provided.

• We can not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property including motor vehicles whether malicious or accidental during your stay.

• Personal travel insurance is not included in the cost of your holiday and if required it remains the responsibility of the occupants.

• Park speed limits must not be exceeded.

• All persons using the entertainment complex must honour and obey the Marlie Farm rules, purchase of a park pass is necessary at a small extra charge to utilize the facilities. ( This can be the arranged by the owner- see booking form).

• A small charge is applicable for the pool use.

• Please keep noise to a minimum and show consideration to other caravan owners and occupiers at all times.

• Litter and refuse must be disposed of in the designated areas provided in the park.

• Ball games are not to be played in between caravans.

• Park rules apply at all times.
